Before we get started, I want to stress the importance of understanding the compensation plan. This is vital in having a successful Young Living business. If you don’t understand how to advance in rank and how to maximize your compensation, you don’t have a specific target you are aiming at on this journey. Let’s be intentional and get a solid and strong foundation.
I have broken the compensation plan up into bite size videos. That sounds kind of weird and a bit painful to the teeth, but roll with me on this one. Make sure to watch each video and fully understand it before moving on to the next video. These videos really do build on each other. It’s okay to watch a video ten million times before moving on to the next one, whatever it takes, let’s just make sure it’s crystal clear.
